Our privacy policy is simple: We will never use your personal information for anything other than filling your order(s), or (if you choose to be on our mailing list) for providing you with Du-All Drafting & Art Supply product line updates and information.

RETURNS

Orders received with obvious external damage must be noted with delivering driver.

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. You must first obtain a Return Authorization.

Orders filled in error by us will have a Call Tag issued for return.

Items ordered in error by the customer may be subject to a re-stocking charge. Customer is responsible for the original shipping charge as well as any charge for return to us. Items must be in their original carton and must be in saleable condition. All are subject to inspection prior to credit.
