In stock merchandise will be shipped within 24 hours. Non-stocked items will be shipped within 10 to 14 days. Rush orders in most cases may be drop-shipped from the manufacturer if it meets the manufacturers minimum $ amount for shipping. You can obtain tracking information on your order by logging into your account and checking status (this will only be displayed after order has shipped).

Our standard shipping method is UPS in the Continential US. UPS Next Day Air, Second Day Air or Third Day Select are available at checkout and are only available on in stock items only (we will notify you of status) Items ordered after our Business hours will be shipped if in stock on the next business day.FedEx and USPS are available by request. If shipping to a PO box your order will automatically be shipped by Priority Mail.  Both UPS ,FedEx and USPS are subject to a Shipping and Handling Charge.

To calculate your actual Shipping & Handling Charge place items into your shopping cart & proceed to checkout. You may also e-mail us and we can estimate your Shipping for you before placing your order. For International Shipment  we will E-Mail to you the true $ cost once order has been placed. 


Free Ground Shipping on orders over $50.00 Weighing less than 5 pounds,sent to one location in the Continential US. Orders qualifying for free shipping will have the shipping charge removed from invoice by us prior to being charged to your credit card and shipped. This special offer does not apply to oversize or overweight items or furniture.

We do not ship C.O.D.

Overseas orders must be paid by PayPal,cashiers check or money order.


RETURN INFORMATION

Orders received with obvious external damage must be noted with UPS driver or whomever the delivering carrier is.

Un-Authorized Returns will not be accepted. You must first obtain a Return Authorization.

Orders filled in error by us will have a Call Tag issued for return by the delivering carrier.

Items ordered in error by the customer may be subject to a re-stocking charge. Customer is responsible for the original shipping charge as well as any charge for return to us. Items must be in their original carton and must be in saleable condition. All are subject to inspection prior to credit.
